TEA TALKS: meet Lina who turned her passion for travel into unwinding experience for you

Some time ago we started one more beautiful project - TEA TALKS. It's a perfect combination of two things we love - cup of favourite tea and long talks..

Inspired by winter season coziness, warm tea, beauty of talks.. we wanna talk about atoms, magic, intellect, the meaning of life, faraway galaxies, new adventures, amasing people you meet, your flaws, your favourite scents, your childhood, what keeps you up at night…

Sharing with you short interviews with retreat and wellness escape organisers, yoga/pilates teachers, inspiring personalities and beautiful souls.. to know them better, to find out little things they love, little sweet secrets.. while enjoying the cup of your favourite tea..

This time we're having tea talk with Lina. Lina being a founder of Egoist Body Studios & Retreats I Love sharing her thoughts on how it is so easy to forget yourself and your body,  even feel lonely In a hectic city like London.
